Job2international is currently looking for a trainee for a company based in Paris. The hosting company is specialized in business and leisure tourism, as well as linguistic services (translation ans interpretation).
Description of the job during the internship :
Respond to requests from customers abroad and in France
Establish new business contacts and follow existing client requests
Prepare tours and organise programmes for visiting delegations in France
Manage databases of our suppliers and customers
Prepare invoices and update brochures about the company
Seek out new customers, and get back in touch with previous clients
The list of tasks is not exhaustive, the student may also make his own contribution.
Requirements :
Minimum requirement : current university undergraduate
Bilingual English/ mother tongue (fluency in French or a third language would be greatly appreciated)
Excellent communication skills (telephone, switchboard, fax)
Computer proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, Web research)
